Account Manager – Insurance Sales & Service

Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who thrives on closing business while also delivering dependable customer service? The Morris Agency is seeking an Account Manager who can help grow our agency through proactive sales, strong client relationships, and reliable service.

This is a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses with our full support.

Role Description

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the agency’s success. You’ll consult with customers, provide tailored insurance solutions, and build long-term relationships that drive retention and growth. Your ability to balance sales focus with service support will make you a trusted advisor to clients and a valued member of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow Sales – Proactively market insurance products, identify customer needs, and close sales with both warm and cold leads.

  • Build Relationships – Develop and maintain meaningful connections that increase retention and referrals.

  • Consult with Clients – Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to ensure proper coverage.

  • Provide Service Excellence – Support customers with inquiries, policy changes, and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate for Success – Work with the team to meet agency sales and service goals.

Qualifications

  • A sales-dominant mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Willingness to engage confidently in sales conversations.

  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
