Insurance & Financial Services Representative – Sales & Service Focus

Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who thrives on closing business while also delivering dependable service? The Morris Agency is seeking an Insurance & Financial Services Representative who can grow our agency by building lasting client relationships, driving sales, and supporting customers with their financial and insurance needs.

This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses with our full support.

Role Description

As an Insurance & Financial Services Representative, you’ll play a vital role in our agency’s success. You will consult with customers on insurance and financial planning options, provide retirement and investment guidance, and help them make informed decisions to secure their future. Your ability to balance sales activity with service support will ensure both agency growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth – Proactively market and cross-sell insurance and financial products to meet client needs and agency goals.

  • Consult with Clients – Provide personalized recommendations in insurance, retirement planning, and investment management.

  • Support Clients – Assist with financial and insurance needs, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their decisions.

  • Stay Current – Keep up to date with market trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • A sales-dominant mindset with a strong ability to build trust and close business.

  • 3+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
