Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who excels at closing business? The Morris Agency is seeking an Account Manager who can fuel agency growth through proactive sales, strong client relationships, and consistent excellence.
This is a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you’re not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—with full agency support.
Role Description
As an Account Manager, you’ll be a key contributor to agency growth and client satisfaction. You’ll consult with customers, recommend tailored insurance solutions, and build long-term relationships that foster both retention and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Grow Sales
Proactively market insurance products, uncover customer needs, and close new business with both warm and cold leads.

Build Relationships
Develop strong, ongoing client connections that increase retention, referrals, and overall satisfaction.

Consult with Clients
Conduct policy reviews and provide coverage recommendations that ensure clients are fully protected

Qualifications
- A sales-dominant mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- Prior insurance sales or account management experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills
- Confidence in sales conversations and relationship-building
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain with agency support

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
