Scott Morris State Farm is expanding — and we’re hiring high-energy, sales-driven Account Associates who are ready to consistently win, close business, and accelerate their career growth. This is a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you’re not yet licensed, we provide full support to get you there quickly.

Role Description

As an Account Associate, your primary responsibility is driving revenue. You will generate new business opportunities, confidently sell insurance products, and build a profitable portfolio of clients. Your performance directly determines your earning potential — making this the ideal environment for someone with a closer’s mentality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Production – Actively prospect, pitch, and close new business from warm and outbound leads

  • Aggressively Grow Your Book – Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that increase client account value

  • Close with Confidence – Present and explain coverage options in a clear, compelling way that leads to action

  • Maintain Pipeline Discipline – Track leads, follow up consistently, and move opportunities through the sales process quickly

Qualifications

  • Sales-first mindset with strong closing skills and competitive drive

  • Confident communicator with influence and persuasion ability

  • Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a high-energy environment

  • Prior sales success preferred; insurance experience welcomed but not required

  • Active P&C and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain with full agency support)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
