Are you a competitive, goal-driven sales professional who excels at closing business? The Morris Agency is seeking an Insurance & Financial Services Representative who can fuel agency growth through proactive sales and strategic relationship-building to strengthen long-term client loyalty.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you’re not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—with full training and agency support.
Role Description
As an Insurance & Financial Services Representative, you will be a key contributor to our agency’s success by combining consultative sales and financial insight. You’ll guide clients through insurance and financial planning decisions, help them protect their assets, and support them in building long-term financial security. Your ability to lead confident sales conversations while providing personalized service will directly impact revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth
- Proactively market, cross-sell, and close insurance and financial service products.
- Identify opportunities across life, health, auto, home, and financial service lines.
Consult with Clients
- Provide personalized recommendations in insurance coverage, retirement planning, and investment strategies.
- Conduct in-depth policy and financial reviews to uncover needs and offer tailored solutions.
Support Clients
- Assist clients with financial and insurance inquiries to ensure clarity and confidence.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to maintain long-term relationships.
Stay Current
- Maintain awareness of financial products, market trends, underwriting changes, and compliance updates.
Qualifications
- A sales-dominant mindset with strong ability to build trust and close business.
- 3+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
