Life Specialist – Insurance & Financial Services Sales

Are you a highly motivated, sales-driven professional with strong experience in life insurance and financial planning? The Morris Agency is seeking a Life Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help individuals and families secure their futures through tailored life insurance, retirement strategies, and financial solutions—while growing your income through a high-performance, sales-focused career path.

This is a fully licensed role (Life & Health required; FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 strongly preferred). If you are not fully licensed, we will support you in obtaining the necessary credentials.

Role Description

As a Life Specialist, you’ll market and sell life and financial service products, guide clients through important financial decisions, and deliver expert recommendations based on their long-term goals. Your ability to combine professional sales execution with empathy and trust-building will make you both a valued advisor and a critical revenue driver for our agency.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with Clients
Present and explain life insurance, retirement strategies, and investment options tailored to individual needs.

Drive Sales Growth
Proactively market and sell life, health, and financial service products to expand the agency’s reach and meet production goals.

Client Support
Assist clients throughout applications, claims, and policy servicing while ensuring compliance with industry and carrier guidelines.

Stay Current
Maintain knowledge of product offerings, regulatory changes, and financial services best practices.

Qualifications

  • A sales-dominant mindset with a proven track record in life insurance or financial product sales

  • 3+ years of experience in life insurance, financial planning, or investment services preferred

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills

  • Life & Health license required; FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 strongly preferred

  • Ability to balance performance goals with client-centered service
