The Scott Morris State Farm Agency is seeking a driven Multi-Line Representative who thrives in a high-activity, production-focused sales environment. This role is ideal for a competitive, goal-oriented professional who enjoys outbound sales activity, converting leads, and building a strong personal book of business.

This is a front-line sales role—not a management position. Success is measured by effort, conversion, and results.

This position requires Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Candidates who are not yet licensed may be considered, with full support provided to obtain licensing efficiently.

Role Overview

As a Multi-Line Representative, your primary responsibility is new business production. You will engage prospects, uncover insurance needs, and present tailored solutions that drive revenue and long-term client relationships. This is a hands-on sales role designed for individuals who are motivated by performance and earning potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business through consistent outbound calls and follow-up activity

  • Quote and present insurance coverage solutions to prospective clients

  • Convert warm and cold leads into bound policies

  • Build and manage a steady personal sales pipeline

  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across multiple product lines

  • Develop client relationships that support retention and referrals

  • Track activity and results to meet or exceed individual performance goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales-first mindset with a strong desire to hit and exceed targets

  • Confident communicator with persuasive selling and closing skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

  • Prior experience in sales or insurance preferred

  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain quickly with agency support

  • Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable work style
