Are you a driven, sales-focused financial professional with a strong background in life insurance and financial services? Scott Morris State Farm is seeking a Financial Services Representative who can confidently market financial products, close new business, and help clients build long-term financial security.
This is a performance-driven, sales-first role with strong income potential for someone who thrives in a results-oriented environment and enjoys building lasting client relationships.
This is a fully licensed position (Life & Health required; FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 strongly preferred).
Role Description
As a Financial Services Representative, you will combine financial expertise with strong sales execution to educate clients, uncover needs, and deliver tailored solutions. Your consultative approach—paired with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset—will directly contribute to agency growth while helping clients make confident financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with Clients
Provide comprehensive financial guidance, including life insurance, retirement strategies, and investment solutions tailored to each client’s goals.

Drive Sales Growth
Actively prospect, market, and sell financial products, identify new opportunities, and consistently close business to meet or exceed production goals.

Portfolio Guidance
Support clients with asset allocation strategies, long-term planning, and ongoing financial reviews to ensure alignment with their objectives.

Maintain adherence to all financial services regulations, documentation standards, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications
- A strong sales-driven mindset with a proven track record in financial product or insurance sales
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, investment planning, or life insurance
- Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills
- Life & Health license required; FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 strongly preferred
- Self-motivated, competitive, and able to build long-term client relationships while consistently driving revenue
